I'm also doing 75 day challenge but it's not 75 hard. My goal is to exercise just once a day and write daily. I realized this is the only thing that works for me right now.

Right now it is writing something every day but in 3 days I'll start publishing something every day. I need to build some backlogs for that to work.
And you should do it if you can. Or you can do this after you finish 75 hard. In any case, all the best Irene! The
