I read recently this kind of diet is the best for your health if you add whole grains. Tim Denning also told me he's on this diet and has more energy. So I though I could give it a try too.

🤣 Yeah, my parents are vegetarians, so I was brought up in a vegetarian family from birth. And I haven't had a strong desire to eat meat, so I just stayed vegetarian.
